The Allergy Free Shop is pleased to offer our customers excellent shipping rates for UPS Ground Service and other shipping services available.
What are your shipping rates?
- $9.88 Flat Shipping Rate for orders up to $100 to anywhere in the Continental United States.
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 to anywhere in the United States.
The Allergy Free Shop also offers UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air shipping options. These rates are based on the weight of the package and the rates shall be calculated and provided online at check out.
Where does The Allergy Free Shop ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We also ship outside the United States (see below).
Are The Allergy Free Shop’s shipping rates different for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?
Yes, please see below for our shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:
- $9.88 for orders up to $50.
- $14.88 for orders greater than $50 but less than $100.
- FREE SHIPPING for orders greater than $100.
*** All shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii shall be sent through the United States Parcel Service, not UPS.
Does The Allergy Free Shop ship to Canada?
Yes, we certainly do! Please select Canada as your country when providing shipping address information during check out. All shipping rates for Canada shall be based on weight and will be provided online at check out.
*** Shipping rates shall not include taxes and fees levied by the United States and Canada customs agencies.
Does The Allergy Free Shop ship to Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean and other countries?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – If you are ordering products to be shipped outside the Continental United States, please be advised that the customer/recipient shall be solely responsible for any taxes and duties levied. The Allergy Free Shop shall only be responsible for shipping the purchased products selected by the customer. Payment of taxes and duties shall not be a reason for return of the products and refund.
Does The Allergy Free Shop ship to Army Post Office (“APO”) or Fleet Post Office (“FPO”)?
Yes. However, we can only ship to you via priority mail, not UPS as UPS is not available for APO and FPO shipments. Using priority mail for APO and FPO shipments allows for tracking. Please call us at 877-212-2828 or email us at orders@allergyfreeshop.com for more information.
How quickly does The Allergy Free Shop send out the shipments?
Most Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Customer will be notified of any delays. Customers will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.
What is the Allergy Free Shop’s PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?
The Allergy Free Shop wants the safest products for their customers. The Allergy Free Shop does not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition. All sales at The Allergy Free Shop are final.
The Allergy Free Shop only accepts pre-authorized product returns for the following reasons:
1. Damaged during shipment.
2. Expiration date lapsed by the time it was received.
3. The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.
4. The item’s product description on the website does not
match that of the label on the product as it relates
to the allergy-free representation.
What do I do if I think I qualify for a “pre-authorized” product return under numbers 1 – 4 above?
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SHIPMENT AND YOU FEEL THAT ANY OR ALL OF THE PRODUCTS MEET THE CONDITIONS OF OUR “PRE-AUTHORIZED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY” STATED ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD THE PRODUCTS OR THE BOX AND SHIPPING LABEL THEY WERE SHIPPED IN. PLEASE CONTACT OUR STORE IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE CAN DETERMINE IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A REFUND AND PRODUCT RETURN. IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT OUR STORE WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY TO INITIATE A REFUND AND PRODUCT RETURN REQUEST, WE CANNOT PROMISE THAT A REFUND AND PRODUCT RETURN WILL BE AUTHORIZED EVEN IF IT MEETS OUR “PRE-AUTHORIZED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY”.
EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND WILL BE HANDLED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AS THE ALLERGY FREE SHOP’S DECISION WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON THE TYPE(S) OF PRODUCT(S) BEING RETURNED AND THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN.
